How soon will I see results and how long do they last?
We recognize that the term ‘result’ can mean something different for everyone. For some, it may mean a noticeable change in appearance, while for others, it could be improved athletic performance, better sleep, or reduced pain and stress. Each client's goals and experiences are unique, and we customize our treatments to meet each individual's needs.

Are treatments hands-on?
The level of hands-on application varies based on the treatment you choose. All our treatments incorporate the Icoone technology, which is expertly operated by your specialist throughout the session. Treatment heads are gently moved across your body in a soothing, flowing rhythm, ensuring a relaxing experience that is tailored to your needs and preferences.
What do I wear for my appointment?
Your first treatment includes a personal bodysuit that serves as both a sanitation layer and a comfortable interface for our technology. After your initial treatment, you can keep your bodysuit for future appointments. If needed, additional bodysuits are available to purchase for $30 / £20. To wear the bodysuit, simply remove outer clothing and keep your underwear on. For treatments including face stimulation, we provide cleanser and makeup remover to cleanse skin prior to your session.
Why do I need to wear a bodysuit during my treatment?
The bodysuit acts as a second skin, enhancing the effectiveness of the treatment by allowing smoother movement and more targeted application over your body. This added layer ensures the utmost comfort and optimal benefits from our advanced technology.
Do I keep the bodysuit?
Yes, on your first visit, we provide you with a complimentary bodysuit as part of the treatment. This bodysuit is yours to keep and use for all future appointments. If you happen to forget it for future appointments, or would like to purchase an extra suit, there will be an additional charge of $30 / £20.
Can I store my bodysuit at the studio?
Unfortunately we are not able to store used bodysuits at the studio due to health and hygiene restrictions.
Do I need to drink water before my treatment?
We highly recommend drinking water both before and after your treatment. Staying hydrated helps support optimal circulation, lymphatic drainage and enhances the overall benefits of our treatments.
How do I prepare for my treatment?
To ensure you make the most of your treatment, we recommend maintaining proper hydration before and after the session. This aids lymphatic drainage, cellular renewal, and muscular recovery. Water readily available at our studios for your enjoyment. If you're booked for a Face and Body treatment, arriving with clean skin is recommended. In cases where this isn't possible, on-site cleansing and makeup removal products are available for use. For clients with facial hair, we suggest shaving or trimming before your appointment time.
I have sensitive skin, can you accommodate products to suit my skin type?
Absolutely. Prior to your appointment, we gather essential information through our comprehensive health questionnaire to fully understand your needs. During body treatments, no topical products are applied directly to the skin. For treatments including face, we offer a selection of high-quality skincare products that are tailored to suit various skin types. If you have any specific requests or relevant information about your skin sensitivity, please be sure to include these details in your heath questionnaire prior to your appointment time.
When is the best time to book a treatment?
The best time to book a treatment varies depending on your treatment goals, lifestyle, and health history. We always recommended booking an initial treatment and consulting with your specialist, as they can offer a customized treatment program to suit your specific needs. For special events, we often recommend scheduling consecutive treatments a few weeks prior, or a single treatment the day or evening before your event if possible. If you're looking for post-workout recovery or to overcome jet lag, opting for an end-of-day treatment is recommended to support a restful night's sleep. For recovery from surgery, injury, or any medical conditions, it is important to connect directly with your primary healthcare provider before receiving any treatments. For any other questions regarding the best time to book in, our team is readily available to help you decide.
How often should I have a treatment?
For optimal results and ongoing benefits, we advise an accelerated program of 8-12 treatments across three to six weeks, followed by monthly or bi-weekly treatments for maintained benefits.
Can I schedule treatments consecutively or should I have a break in between?
One advantage of our treatments lies in their natural approach; no downtime or break is required, allowing for back-to-back or daily treatments.
I am attending an event and I want to look and feel my best. When is the best time to book an appointment?
For a single appointment, we suggest booking the day before your event. This timing provides your body with ample opportunity to experience the advantages of improved blood flow, lymphatic circulation, collagen production, and muscle recovery. For even greater benefits, consider an accelerated series of one to two treatments per week in the months leading up to your event.
I am pregnant, is it safe for me to have a treatment?
Our Body Focus or Essential treatments are safe after the first trimester during pregnancy. We advise consulting with your primary healthcare provider before proceeding with any treatments, as our specialists are not medical professionals.
How soon after giving birth can I schedule a treatment?
You can enjoy any Ricari treatment six weeks after giving birth, with clearance from your primary healthcare provider.
Is it safe to have a treatment while breastfeeding?
Yes, you can enjoy any Ricari treatments while breastfeeding. As with pregnant clients, we advise consulting your primary healthcare provider before scheduling any treatments while breastfeeding.

I am a cancer patient. Am I able to receive a Ricari treatment?
Ricari treatments are subject to your diagnosis and any ongoing treatment plans. Please consult with your primary healthcare provider for approval before reaching out to us to discuss suitable treatment options, if applicable.
Will treatments help my medical condition?
Ricari specialists are not medical doctors and cannot diagnose or treat medical conditions. However, clients have found our treatments beneficial in supporting and relieving symptoms experienced from various medical conditions such as IBS, endometriosis, PCOS, autoimmune conditions, fibromyalgia, arthritis, neurodegenerative conditions, lymphedema, venous insufficiency, anxiety, depression, and more. We recommend consulting with your primary healthcare provider before receiving any treatments to address medical conditions.
Do treatments assist post-op healing? How soon can I receive a treatment?
Boosting bloodflow and lymphatic circulation post op is incredibly beneficial in supporting the body’s natural healing process, particularly if your surgery prohibits exercise and regular movement. We recommend consulting with your surgeon and primary healthcare provider to determine how soon after surgery you are able to receive any treatments.

We kindly request that clients contact us 24 hours prior to their scheduled appointment to cancel or reschedule. In the event of a same day cancellation or no-show, a cancellation fee equal to the cost of the scheduled treatment(s) will be charged to the card on file. We understand life happens, and sometimes you can't make it to your booking. Our cancellation policy is in place due to the short notice of same day cancellations and no-shows, making it difficult to reallocate the appointment time to another client. This ensures fair compensation for our team and maintains a high quality service every time you visit us.
How can I reschedule my appointment?
You can reschedule your appointment by clicking on the manage booking tab in your confirmation email, as long as it is within 24 hours of your scheduled booking time. If you wish to cancel within less 24 hours of your appointment you will need to contact us via email or our text messaging center:

Can I contact you by phone?
While our primary mode of communication is through email or our text messaging center, we recognize that certain inquiries may necessitate a conversation. I'm unable to attend my appointment today due to a schedule conflict. Could you please cancel my appointment?
Certainly, we can assist with your cancellation. However, do keep in mind that cancellations made within less than 24 hours of the appointment are subject to a 50% cancellation fee, as per our policy.
What happens if I miss my scheduled appointment?
We kindly request that clients contact us if they are unable to make an appointment booking and to avoid a no-show fee of 100% of the treatment cost. In the event of a no-show, we will need to charge the full amount per our cancellation policy. We understand life happens, and sometimes you can't make it to your reservation. Our cancellation policy is in place due to the short notice of no-shows, making it difficult to reallocate the appointment time to another client. This ensures fair compensation for our team and maintains a high quality service every time you visit us.

Absolutely. All of our rooms have an extra seat.
Can I book two appointments at the same time?
In our Los Angeles studio, you can schedule up to two appointments simultaneously, subject to availability. In our single New York and London studios, appointments are available only as back-to-back sessions. For Cayman bookings, multiple appointments of different services can be arranged at the Garden Club Spa facility.
How can I purchase a gift card?
You can purchase a gift card via our website. Ensure you've selected the correct location and choose "Purchase a Gift Card." Then, select the desired amount or add a custom one. Select next and enter the recipient's details, following the checkout instructions. The recipient will receive an email containing the gift card and a unique code.
How can I use my gift card to book an appointment online?
When booking appointments online, we require that you provide your credit card information even if you plan to utilize a gift card; however, please note that any payment will not be processed until your service has been completed. You can redeem your gift card balance in person by sharing the unique gift card code with your specialist after your service is finished. If the gift card doesn't cover the entire service cost or if you'd like to purchase additional products, the remaining balance can be charged to the card on file or a card provided in person.
Do you sell physical gift cards?
Currently, we only offer digital gift cards for purchase through our website. If you're seeking a more personalized touch, please reach out to our team, and we'll be happy to assist in making your gift even more special.
