Water is readily available at our studios for your enjoyment. If you're booked for a Face and Body treatment, arriving with clean skin is recommended. In cases where this isn't possible, on-site cleansing and makeup removal products are available for use.

For clients with facial hair, we suggest shaving or trimming before your appointment time.
Your treatment experience

You will be welcomed to our serene treatment room where you can make yourself at home and explore our curated retail selection. Your first treatment includes a personal bodysuit that serves as both a sanitation layer and a comfortable interface for our technology. After your initial treatment, you can keep your bodysuit for future appointments. To wear the bodysuit, simply remove outer clothing and keep your underwear on. For treatments including face stimulation, we provide cleanser and makeup remover to cleanse skin prior to your session. Your specialist will tailor your treatment to suit your specific needs and goals. Water and tea are readily available to enjoy during your treatment or on your journey home.
